Dear Jewel Parents and Caregivers,
As WRJ observes the Week of Respect, beginning October 7th, we would like to take a moment to reflect on the critical role that respect plays in our school community and beyond. The week of October 7th will serve as a reminder to foster kindness, empathy, and understanding in all our interactions, both in and out of school. Respect starts at home, and your influence as parents helps shape your child's behavior and mindset towards others.
We encourage you to use this opportunity to discuss with your child the importance of treating everyone with dignity and respect, regardless of differences. By practicing kindness, listening attentively, and showing compassion, we create a safe and inclusive environment where everyone can thrive.
Thank you for your continued support and partnership in instilling these essential values in your children. Please see below WRJ's Spirit Week of Respect and Anti-Bullying
Warm regards,
Shawn Marshall
