Transcript Ordering

Please complete the online form linked below for transcript requests. Note that you will need to upload a copy of your Driver's License.

  • If you are a current high school student there is no charge for your transcript request.

  • All previous graduates are subject to a $3 per copy transcript request fee (regardless of whether they are official or unofficial).

  • Official copies can only be mailed to the SCHOOL or EMPLOYER requesting.

  • You can only request an unofficial copy of your transcript for your personal records.

  • Immunization records (if available) can be requested and are also $3.
